Our Access cards can be used on Two platforms. Visual Security & Electronic Security. 

VISUAL SECURITY: 

Where security is concerned, we produce a customised accesscard design(with Hologram options) unique to the clients requirements and event type. Our designs are uniquely created and most of our card carry our signature embossing effect. Our accesscards can be tagged by table or seat number, so every seating allocation is well accounted for. The cards are inspected at the entrance and the guests ushered to their seats. Should you require custom cards for your V.I.P guests, we will have their custom data embossed on the cards as seen in the picture below; Simple,Classy and Cost Effective. 

ELECTRONIC SECURITY 1: 

Electronic security is needed for those exclusive events where secuirty is a priority. The Access control cards will actually work as a stylish data card that will pull up any information you want on a big screen to let your guests know where they can be seated as such and to confirm wedding invites are authentic. Another little something to make your exclusive event special.   

How it works

- Guest come in

- They tap their cards on the device

- A message is displayed on the large screen at the entrance with a personal message inviting the guests in

- The message also includes the seat number. Reducing the need for too many ushers.

ELECTRONIC SECURITY 2: 

The Access control cards will serve as a literal access to the entrance at the wedding reception. No real need for security. Just come with your event access cards and swipe it to gain access to the venue. This setup can be used for very exclusive conferences and meetings discussing sensitive information that should be protected. 

How it works

- Guest come in

- They place their access cards in the keylock slot or on the access terminal.

- The door beeps and unlocks.
